  1. Note you must have downloaded version 2.0 (apesv2.zip) in order to use this.
  2. Replace the existing apesprt.wad from version 2.0 with this new 
  3. apesprt.wad version 2.1. Hope you like that upgrade.

  5. A fine Planet of the Apes Pwad.

  7. Put all of the files in your doom or doom 2 directory.

  9. To run type APES for DOOM or APES2 for DOOM 2.

  11. Most of the user adjustable sounds have been replaced
  12. with Planet of the Apes FX. Ape graphics have been added.

  18. Two new creatures added that replace Demon/Spectres with a freaky
  19. looking ape. Imps modified to look darker that Demons. Some doors and
  20. crate graphics that were inserted have been removed until improvements
  21. can be made in this area. Shotgun on floor darkened to look more like
  22. Taylor's rifle. 12-8-95.
